All that power makes the BMW X5 the faster SUV, too. It will sprint off the starting line, going from 0 to 60 MPH in just 5.3 seconds. It takes 5.7 seconds for the the Audi Q5 to hit the 60 MPH mark. You can also upgrade to the BMW X5 M50i if you're looking for a more track-tuned performance.

If you're looking to boost your efficiency, each model can be configured as a hybrid vehicle. They both have a total range of approximately 400 miles, but the BMW X5 xDrive45e can travel up to 30 miles on electric power only.1 The Q5 e Plug-in hybrid can only go 19 miles on electric power.
