He has been available since the purchase to answer all our questions and concerns. We were treated very well as were our 3 children. We appreciate feeling like we got a fair deal from nice people. We have been dealing with Will Miller in the service department for several years now. During our last visit, as always, Will took care of us with highest level of care and integrity. Everything is explained, all questions are answered and there are never any surprises. You will not find anyone who will take better care of you and your vehicle than Will. He is always willing to go the extra mile. As long as he stays in the service department, we will be loyal customers.Will makes owning a BMW a truly pleasant experience.

I couldn't have had a better car buying experience! I came in not exactly sure what I was looking for but after talking with Jim Savas, he guided me to my perfect match! Not only did he give me all information I needed to make the best decision for myself, but he also assured me that he'd be able to help anytime AFTER I drove off the lot! Great customer service from Grayson BMW and I'll definitely be recommending!

I inquired online about a car I saw and Jeremy got back to me ASAP and within 1 day I was driving to Knoxville and purchasing the car I enquired about.Friendly salesman Jeremy Harvey one of the best car salesman I've had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and arrived 10 minutes after they offically closed for the evening, but Jeremy and his finance guy stayed and waited for me. They had all the paperwork in order, so I was in and out in 15 minutes.Overall, the experience was fantastic and the car I purchased had a full tank of gas in it and had been detailed, so it looked brand new.Thank you for the great customer service!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Jeremy and Grayson BMW.

I LOVE GRAYSON BMW!!! Initially, I came to Grayson BMW for service on a BMW purchased in Dallas. From the moment I called to schedule service, I was given the red carpet treatment. My service advisor, Ray Geopfrich was incredibly knowledgeable and made me extremely comfortable in leaving my car in his hands. The time came for me to upgrade, so I gave Jeremy, my salesman, a list of specific things that I wanted. A very short time had passed when I received a voicemail from Andrea DeMarco, the internet sales manager. Andrea asked if we could continue together to complete the process, as Jeremy had to step out. The buying experience was the most painless and effortless experience I have EVER encountered. Grayson BMW not only covered my "needs AND wants", but went far beyond that. From the initial call from Jeremy, continuing with Andrea and completing the paperwork with George ..

I had been looking for a certified pre owned vehicle for well over 6 months.. Finally located one that I liked in terms of the price and the specifications and it was located at Grayson. I shot an email to get additional insight and received an instant reply from Andrea DeMarco. She answered my questions and stayed in touch without pressuring me to come to the dealership or spend time on the phone. This helped me make my decision as I travel quite a bit and didn't have time to dedicate to a phone conversation. We did the entire deal over email and the vehicle was exactly what was represented when I drove up to Knoxsville to get it. Obviously buying a car sight unseen can be somewhat nerve racking, but this wasn't. Upon pick up and delivery, she teamed up with Jim Savas since she couldn't be at the dealership during the narrow window I had to come pick it up. He knew I was somewhat rushed and went through everything on the vehicle, yet didn't overlook anything that I was interested in. He knew all the settings and actually had several already pre set for me. Vehicle was just as represented and drove great all the way back to Atlanta. I felt the entire buying experiece was extremely easy, quick, stress free, and just what I was looking for. Well done and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Will Miller at Grayson BMW has made my buying experience an absolute dream. I have purchased many cars but I have never received the professional as well as personalable experience that I recieve from Will. Because of him I will buy my next BMW from Grayson. To me it is after the sale that makes all the difference in a dealership. Grayson BMW is first class all the way!!

I was Shopping for a BMW and contacted Andrea at Grayson and she made my whole buying experience so wonderful!! No hassle...easy and fast. This was the first time ever that I have actually enjoyed buying a car...from now on all of my cars will be bought here!!!!!
