Grayson BMW's are extremely reliable, very well engineered, and made.  One of the greatest things about a Grayson BMW is the smooth ride.  Notice in a BMW that when you are driving at say 65 miles per hour it feels like you are going about 40 miles per hour.  That is due to how solidly the cars are built.  Also notice how well a Grayson BMW handles bumps in the road.  That is on purpose because these cars are desinged to be driven on the Autobahn.
Grayson BMW has Certified pre-owned and pre-owned BMW that still maintain the performance of a BMW.  BMW's are built more like aircraft than cars. See, the thing is that a car is only as good as it's parts and engineering.  BMW makes, arguably, the best parts in the world. All of their components are designed to LAST.  Grayson BMW's hold their value extremely well.  Honda and Lexus hold their value pretty well also, but neither of them approaches the performance of a BMW.  A Honda or Lexus will not have the same tight handling as a BMW. No way will a Lexus handle a corner like a BMW. BMW's are meant to be cars with the goals of driveabilty and performance. They are highly functional cars.

Are BMW's really that expensive?

I would say not really. Sure you will pay more for one than a Honda or Toyota brand new. But the hidden value is in well maintained used Grayson BMW's.  If you get one that is well cared for, you can expect for them to last for years and years. Also, they are worth the repair costs because the resale value is excellent.  Don't listen to people who say a BMW is expensive to maintain.  No matter what you may spend on a BMW you will get it back in the resale of the BMW, and there will always bw someone who will buy it from you for a reasonable cost to repair.  BMW's are classic cars and collectors cars.  Tons of arguments could be made why to buy a Lexus over a BMW, but it really comes down to personal preference.  If you like a BMW then I would say buy one.  If you like the Lexus better, then buy one of those. But I think you will have more fun in a BMW.  It will give you tons of enjoyment while driving and probably will be the most reliable car you have ever owned. And, if you have to put money into it for repairs, you can think of that as an investment, not an expense. Happy Driving.
