"When I found the vehicle that I wanted online, I contacted Grayson BMW's internet staff. I had an immediate response from Andrea. I had a set appointment time, and upon my arrival the vehicle that I was test driving was waiting for me (started and "cooled down" as it was a very warm summer day). The entire transaction was seamless, and I was extremely pleased with ease of negotiation/pricing on my new BMW. I was pleased with the allowance for my trade. The entire transaction, including test drive, was a total of 3 hours, and I was able to begin my drive back to the Johnson City. They were very respectful of my time. Ed Matz did the delivery of my vehicle. He went over the features of the vehicle and helped me set the personal settings of the vehicle that were the most important to me.
